“Sparkles doesn’t take up very much time, but it still manages to create opportunities for magic in your day. I’m usually not very good at following through with e-courses because lots of them require a lot of time. I then feel like I have failed or wasted my money. What Jamie has done is create something that you can spend just a few moments doing, but equally if you are inspired or have time you can spend as long as you like on it. There is no element of failure or guilt, just tiny bites of inspiration for you to do what you like with. Best of all, they come to you in your mailbox and you can collect them and keep them safe ready to inspire you again and again in the future. Once again, Jamie has put a little more magic in the world! |

“I am a busy woman. I have a dozen things (if not more) on the go at any one time. I’m sure you know just what I mean – we are a generation of jugglers. And as a fellow juggler, I find it really hard to schedule time just to play. And playtime is so important, isn’t it? Because it’s when we play that we discover those sparkles that makes life more fulfilling, more magical, more wonder-filled. Receiving my daily dose of Sparkles from Jamie and her inspirational constellation of teachers reminded me that it needn’t take a huge chunk out of my day to attend to my creativity. That I could strike off all those items on my to-do list and still make space to invite the sparkles in. After all, isn’t life supposed to be sparkly?” |

“I adore what you’ve created! Sparkles fans the embers of our innate creativity into warming, dancing flames. It hands us the fan to find our own rhythm, knowing all too well there are times that our creativity wants to be stoked and other times just quietly witnessed. With Sparkles “I don’t have time” gets a big, huge time-out! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for permission to be more creative (and has beaten themselves up for not knowing “how”). Frankly, anyone at all! Even people who are self-described creatives will get the chance to explore different aspects of their creativity… so many moods, so many mediums to be explored and enjoyed.” |

“Who knew that under all this ‘clutter’, lay a heart that longed to feel the wonder of child-like joy – even for just 5 minutes every day. I went from, “Oh goodness, what if I’m not really Sparkle material? I mean – who Sparkles these days anyway? How responsible is it to Sparkle as your signature statement – especially at my age?!?” to “Where’s my Sparkle exercise? It’s usually in my Inbox by now. What will I be invited to do today? Will I be indoors or outdoors? Can I sing? Where is it? Where is it? WHERE IS IT???” In a nutshell, I had fun. Not only that – but I discovered a heart that beats Creativity (and yearns for it too). Yes, I had to do a bit of Self-Tidying first. Years and years of dust had accumulated on that place that housed my Inner Creative Sparkle. (I’ll be honest – figurative elbow grease was required in some spots, my Responsible Self had all but sealed the Inner Child Joy feelings from ever seeing the light of day.) Here’s what I learned though ~ I learned a whole new approach to Creativity and infusing fun and inspiration into my day. I learned that you don’t HAVE to schedule Creativity or make space for it or wait until others deem it acceptable to dabble in it. Seeing through the eyes of Creativity is as natural an act as breathing, responding to emails, commenting on blog sites, loving your family and more. This 5 Minutes A Day Sparkle infusion helped me readjust the lenses through which I live each day ~ and for that, I’m most grateful. (And yes, those ‘lenses’ are now beautifully lined with Sparkly Jade eyeliner – because now, that’s how I roll.)“ |

“Last year my word for the year was Sparkle and this year I chose Yes to be my word. So when I had the opportunity to Sparkle with my good friend Jamie I definitely said, “Yes” and I am so glad that I did. I really looked forward to the creative prompt that was sent to me each day. Each prompt was simple, took as little or as much time as I wanted to give it, and definitely sparked my creative energy. I had fun taking pictures, writing in my journal, and meditating. There was something about hearing from another creative person each day that really inspired me to stay in touch with my creative side. If you are looking for a fun, satisfying way to stay creative, I highly recommended that you add a little “Sparkle” to your life.” |

“The experience of Sparkles was amazing! I was genuinely able to do them in 5 minutes and they brought me many things, from the opportunity to try something new and different in a safe way, to exploring a new concept or idea, to having fun running around while I did my sparkle of the day. It was a sparktacular experience!” |
